Jeu de classe/Class game: On rêve!

  • Have a student close his/her eyes and tell him to let his thoughts fly in French.
  • He keeps dreaming and saying what he sees in French for  1 /3 minutes. Let the

imagination flow freely , even for crazy sentences!

  • The next student  continues the dream.
  • Those who keep talking for 3 minutes ,or whoever can talk longer , get a star.
  • The teacher can have them write and draw their favorite dreams .

Jeu de groupes/Group Game: Oui,Non interdit!

This game can be played in a classroom/at a party by two groups/ two people.

1-Each group makes a list of 20 questions that require
“yes/no” answers .

2-A member of one of the groups asks the questions from the opponent group .( check suggested ideas below)

3-This group should answer the questions in complete sentences without a pause ,avoiding oui, non or si .

4- The group or the person who answers more questions correctly avoiding oui, non or si is the winner.

Here are some suggested sample questions;
e.g. 1st student: Tu es une fille?
2nd student: Je ne suis pas une fille/je suis un garcon/je suis une fille.)

 Tu es un garçon/fatigué/malade/un animal/un monstre/un papa/un bébé?
 Tu es dans le jardin/le ciel/la classe/chez toi/au zoo/un magasin/à l’école?
 Est-ce que c’est lundi /mardi/…..aujourd’hui?
 Est-ce qu’on est le moi de mai/janvier/……………..?
 Est-ce qu’il y a 12 jours dans une semaine, etc…?
 Est-ce que tu manges des araignées, une pizza, des insectes, des tables, des pommes…?
 Est-ce que tu aimes ton papa/des animaux/la glace/les monstres/les insectes……?
 Est-ce que tu as un frère/un chien/ un éléphant/un avion/5 mamans/crayon..?
 Est-ce que le soleil est rouge/jaune/rond/chaud/dans la classe/sous les nuages..?
 Est-ce que tu portes une jupe/des bottes/un maillot/un manteau/un chapeau?

Jeu de langue/Language Game: On joue avec son nom!

  • Make a sentence using each letter of your name or a friend’s name.
  • You may use the latest letter that you’re working on,as many times as you wish.
  • You may use articles such as;le.le,les,un,une,des or prepositions such as de,du,au…if necessary.
  • Feel free to use a French dictionary .
  • Crazy sentences are fine, providing the structure of the sentence is correct.

e.g.

JESSICA:             JEntends  Soixante  Six  Igloos  Qui  Avancent!

ELSA:                     Est-ce que le lion sert à attraper Andrew?
